|  The optimism of this website comes from observations and experiences of beauty, truth and passion which have already occurred in my life, with the anticipation of more to come. The central themes of this site are Holism and Love, two eternal aspects of the universe we share. A simple example of these themes is, whenever I feel something is lacking in my life, I meditate on the wholeness of the universe and as I begin to feel the truth that all is one, I find that whatever I thought was lacking, turned out only to be my own negative thinking. I was judging myself or my life negatively, and this way of thinking has three outcomes. I am stuck, I am hurting inside and I am unhappy. I have taught myself to check my emotions and use my mind, (Imagination is the opposite of Judgment) to choose instead to imagine how the same situation is good, or can become good. The simple fact is by thinking positively we allow positive things to happen in our life and by thinking negatively the opposite is true. We hold the power of choice. Since all that we observe must have come from somewhere and we also can observe things evolving over time, we may deduce the existence of a creative presence that is responsible for the truth and beauty that is all around us. I believe this creative presence uses life as its passionate paintbrush, which gives each of us the opportunity to observe or participate in experiences that allow us to grow and improve. I call this Love Happening and I believe that when Love Happens, it does something perfectly clever, in that it makes sure that every person involved ends up getting exactly what they needed, even though they didn't know what they needed before it happened. Further, when Love Happens for groups of people, it ends up creating strong bonds of relationships that work like an emotional account deposit, which allows us to draw upon that relationship in the future (withdrawals from the account) in order to handle human day-to-day needs. This realization behind relationship building and erosion is central to the themes of this site and how to build and maintain economic (temporal) value in today's world, which rests on a foundation of relationship (eternal) value created by treating each other right and using strategies that invite the creative power in the universe to aid us in our growth and development as individuals and collectives. The simple truth is that Love Happens more effectively when more people are involved. Since there is truth available from each perspective it is through a process of combining perspectives that we are able to invite the creative power to join in our collaborations. | |
