| Addressing the Value Model is the most difficult topic and the key to entrepreneurship. What I can say about it is best said by pointing out the overview that is this web site, SoloSkills. If you read all the way through the pages I have offered, you might say, "Hey, you could have written a book!" But the value model I am attempting to create is an understanding of how much more dynamic our ideas and information can be if we learn to present them in the cloud. I've known I had to make my website an example of the kind of advice I wanted to give to people and to small business leaders in particular. But, it was too expensive and too difficult for me to master the art of creating the website while I was also holding down a full time job, buying and organizing a new home and keeping up with my social commitments. I recognized that Office365 would solve my problems and that it would likely solve problems for small business owners as well, in enabling them to get their Value Model into the most dynamic Standard Information Structure for the least cost. I also realized that right now is a time when a lot of experienced business people are out of work and it is important for me to make the point that their economic security has to do with their own initiative at developing their skills and not somebody else doing something in order to provide them with a job. The fact is that small business owners in every community are in big trouble and they need someone to talk to and someone who can help them in understanding positive and healthy strategies for how to grow and care for their businesses and the jobs they provide. Rather than publish a book, I needed my Value Model to work they way I advise that it should. Take your message to the cloud, because that is where the young audience is. Blog, tweet and share files in different media. The message is for each of us to take individual responsibility to advance our skills, so that we may have the opportunity to participate in collectives and build communities right where we live, a powerful message for today's New Economy. | |
