The New Economy will be defined by people who use diverse skills to create value for others. New Economy models for business and information management will be presented here, along with templates for solutions you can implement with local small businesses. This site will apply the principles introduced, so you can experience while you learn.
 
Love is the core creative component in creating value, as its lasting after effects are the relationships that we develop. A New Economy business seeks to maximize its relationship value with customers for long term benefits such as loyalty, feedback and word-of-mouth marketing.
 
While temporal value creation leads only to comfort, eternal value creation leads to peace. Learning about ourselves and our connections to others gives us the freedom to build communities around shared information stores. 24/7/365 business information, designed to enhance value creation and retention, is now possible due to Office365, simplifying and reducing the cost of cloud-based servers for Exchange, Sharepoint and Lync (this website costs just $6.52 monthly.) These emerging digital information skills are a personal learning challenge and requirement for each of us who wish to participate in the New Economy.
 
In a world where each of us seeks solutions that are Win/Win there will be no losers. SoloSkills aims to be such a solution, presenting information you can use to work with small business owners in your community to enable them to learn and use today's technology to organize and grow their business around these New Economy principles.

Our universal goals are to come into Agreement with Truth, to appreciate Beauty in Simplicity and to use passion to actively Create Value for ourselves and others. Individually, we discover interests hidden deep within ourselves, develop them into skills which we use to create value and then live with the joy of our ongoing spiritual development.
 
Collective Health
Information structure and dymanics promote community health. When enough people care, anything is possible. When Love Happens, it does something perfectly clever, in that everyone involved ends up getting exactly what they need, even though they didn't know what they needed before it happened. Systems of Participation allow for ad hoc community building, shifting contexts to create new meanings.
The Vision
The primary purpose behind life is to grow ourselves as spiritual beings. I've understood how groups that we belong to can have a positive effect on our learning and growth. The primary ingredient is leadership willing to promote positive teamwork. The strategy is to develop a Standard Information Structure and the belief that everybody wants to be part of a group on its way up.
 
I dreamed of a solo bird flying over the water, in peaceful serenity...when suddenly the bird crystallized into a pattern of interlocking bird images, an image found in Metamorphosis (above). This encouraged me to pursue sharing my vision for how healthy groups could develop, that someday an informal network would develop to carry these ideas for health and prosperity to every corner of this planet. I invite you to join me in making this site an example of how this vision can work.
